O’ Christmas Tree Pick Up in Scottsdale

Do you live in the City of Scottsdale and still have your live Christmas Tree? Now is the time to put it out for curbside pick up.  The City will pick up all ornament, light and stand free Christmas Trees this week, January 11-15.

If you end up missing the curbside pickup, well, there is even a Saturday, Jan. 16, drop off location just for you.  The best part is all of the trees will be composted and used for landscaping throughout the City.

Scottsdale’s Citywide Christmas Tree Roundup Takes
Place Jan. 11-15, 2010

If you have residential collection services please have your Christmas
tree curbside by 5 a.m. on the morning of Monday, Jan. 11. Remove
stands, lights and ornaments. No artificial trees will be collected.

If you miss the tree roundup, or do not have residential collection services, you can drop off your tree at one of two locations between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16:

  • Scottsdale Ranch Park, 10400 E. Via Linda
  • Eldorado Park, 2311 N. Miller Road

All trees collected will be turned into compost or mulch.  For more information, call (480) 312-5600.
