This year, 2019, there are two options for the disposal of your live, now dead, Christmas tree. Please note that the Christmas Tree Round-up is from Saturday, January 5th to Sunday January 13th.
Option 1 – The City of Scottsdale will have three sites where you can drop off your tree in a large yellow disposal bin. These sites are:
- Eldorado Park (77th Street and McDowell Road – in the parking lot east of the soccer fields.)
- Scottsdale Ranch Park (104th Street and Via Linda – in the parking lot west of the basketball courts.)
- Thompson Peak Park (Thompson Peak Parkway and Hayden Road – in the north east parking lot.)
Option 2 – Single Family home residents can put their Christmas Tree in the green waste pile to be picked up in the monthly bulk trash collection. Look at this schedule to determine when the next pickup is for your area.
